A wedding perfume bar gives your guests something to do between the ceremony and the first dance — and something beautiful to take home instead of a favour that gets left on the table.

We arrive with a fully styled bar, a library of fine fragrance notes and a specialist who guides every guest through choosing their scent. The bottle is labelled and sealed at the bar, so it leaves with them that night.

Two extra hours, complimentary

Weddings receive a complimentary two-hour extension on top of our standard three hours of service, so the bar stays open across the full event rather than closing halfway through the night.

A favour guests actually keep

Bonbonniere is a real cost, and most of it is thrown out. A perfume your guest chose themselves, in a bottle labelled with your names and date, goes home and stays in use. It doubles as entertainment and as the gift, which is often why couples find it works out better value than doing both separately.

Styling to match your day

The bar is styled in cream, gold and white as standard and sits comfortably with most wedding palettes. Bottle labels are customised with your names and wedding date. If your styling runs to a specific colour or theme, mention it in your enquiry.

Working with your venue

We coordinate bump-in time, loading dock access and parking directly with your venue or planner once the date is secured, so it's one less thing on your run sheet. We've worked across Melbourne venues from city rooftops to winery and coastal receptions.

Packages and pricing

Three packages, priced per guest and separated by the size of the bottle each guest takes home. A minimum of 30 guests applies to every booking.

Classic — a 10ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $15 per guest
Signature — a 30ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $25 per guest
Luxury — a 50ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $35 per guest

Travel

Travel is complimentary within 10km of the Melbourne CBD and within 20km of our Rowville studio. Beyond both zones, travel is charged at $2.50 per kilometre from the nearest boundary, and it is itemised on your quote before you commit to anything.

Securing your date

Enquiries are answered with a written quote covering your package, guest count and any travel. A 30% deposit secures the date, final guest numbers are confirmed 14 days out, and the balance is settled three days before the event.
