A corporate event is remembered by what people take away from it. La Scenté brings a fully styled perfume bar into your office, venue or activation space, and every attendee leaves holding a fragrance they chose themselves — labelled, sealed and worth keeping.

It works as the centrepiece of a team day, a gifting suite for clients, or a branded moment at a product launch. Our fragrance specialist runs the bar for the full three hours, so your team never has to host it.

Why it works for a corporate audience

Fragrance is one of the few gifts that doesn't sit in a drawer. Instead of a branded bottle of water or another tote bag, attendees walk out with a perfume they chose from a curated library of fine notes — which means it actually gets used, and your event gets remembered every time it does.

It's also genuinely interactive. Guests spend real time at the bar smelling, comparing and deciding, which breaks up a day of presentations and gives people a reason to talk to each other.

Branding and customisation

Bottle labels can be customised for your event, and the bar can be styled to sit alongside your existing branding or venue styling. If you have a colour palette, a logo or a theme, tell us in your enquiry and we'll work to it.

What you need to provide

A table-sized footprint of clear floor space with access for our bar, and somewhere to load in. We handle the rest — setup, service and pack down are all included, and we arrive with everything the bar needs.

Packages and pricing

Three packages, priced per guest and separated by the size of the bottle each guest takes home. A minimum of 30 guests applies to every booking.

  • Classic — a 10ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $15 per guest
  • Signature — a 30ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $25 per guest
  • Luxury — a 50ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $35 per guest

Travel

Travel is complimentary within 10km of the Melbourne CBD and within 20km of our Rowville studio. Beyond both zones, travel is charged at $2.50 per kilometre from the nearest boundary, and it is itemised on your quote before you commit to anything.

Securing your date

Enquiries are answered with a written quote covering your package, guest count and any travel. A 30% deposit secures the date, final guest numbers are confirmed 14 days out, and the balance is settled three days before the event.
