A private celebration needs a moment that isn't just food and music. A perfume bar gives your guests something to gather around — smelling, comparing, debating and finally choosing a scent that's theirs.

Each guest leaves with a labelled bottle they made at the bar, which doubles as the party favour.

How the night runs

Our fragrance specialist opens the bar and works through your guests in small groups. There's no schedule to manage on your end — guests drift over when they want, spend as long as they like choosing, and walk away with a finished bottle.

Three hours of service is included, which comfortably covers a group of thirty to a hundred.

Hosting at home

We regularly set up in private homes, courtyards and marquees. All we need is a clear space about the size of a long table and a way to get our equipment in. Setup and pack down are included, so nothing is left for you to clean up.

Personalising the bottles

Labels can carry the guest of honour's name, the date or your own wording. Once your date is secured you'll receive a short form where you choose the scents, the bottle style and how you'd like the labels to read.

Packages and pricing

Three packages, priced per guest and separated by the size of the bottle each guest takes home. A minimum of 30 guests applies to every booking.

  • Classic — a 10ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $15 per guest
  • Signature — a 30ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $25 per guest
  • Luxury — a 50ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $35 per guest

Travel

Travel is complimentary within 10km of the Melbourne CBD and within 20km of our Rowville studio. Beyond both zones, travel is charged at $2.50 per kilometre from the nearest boundary, and it is itemised on your quote before you commit to anything.

Securing your date

Enquiries are answered with a written quote covering your package, guest count and any travel. A 30% deposit secures the date, final guest numbers are confirmed 14 days out, and the balance is settled three days before the event.
