La Scenté is a mobile scent bar — there is no shopfront to visit, because the bar comes to you. We load in, style the space, run the experience and pack down, at your venue, office, home or activation site.

That means the experience fits wherever your event already is, from a city rooftop to a winery function room to a backyard marquee.

Where we travel

Travel is complimentary within 10km of the Melbourne CBD and within 20km of our Rowville studio. Beyond both zones, travel is charged at $2.50 per kilometre from the nearest boundary, and it is itemised on your quote before you commit to anything.

Regional Victorian events are welcome — the travel component is simply calculated and shown to you up front, so there are no surprises after the fact.

What we bring

Everything. The styled bar, the fragrance library, glassware and dispensers, bottles, labels, packaging and a dedicated fragrance specialist to run it. You don't need to source anything or supply staff.

Space and access

The bar needs a clear footprint roughly the size of a long table, close to a spot where guests can gather without blocking a walkway. We'll confirm bump-in time, loading dock access, lift availability and parking with you before the day so load-in runs smoothly.

How long we stay

Three hours of service at the bar is included in every package, plus setup and pack down either side. Weddings receive a complimentary additional two hours.

Packages and pricing

Three packages, priced per guest and separated by the size of the bottle each guest takes home. A minimum of 30 guests applies to every booking.

Classic — a 10ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $15 per guest
Signature — a 30ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $25 per guest
Luxury — a 50ml customised perfume bottle for each guest, $35 per guest

Travel

Securing your date

Enquiries are answered with a written quote covering your package, guest count and any travel. A 30% deposit secures the date, final guest numbers are confirmed 14 days out, and the balance is settled three days before the event.
